Texas Small Batch Beef is a new enterprise, but an age old concept. We are a 5th generation cattle ranching family in Central West Texas dedicated to providing premium quality all natural beef from our ranch to your table. The Stansberry Triangle Bar Ranches are located out of Eden, TX. The headquarter ranch is located in Concho County. We also operate in surrounding Menard and McCulloch counties.  We utilize top Angus genetics in our cattle which provides an optimal combination of efficiency, performance, and quality in our end product.  Angus beef is well known for its marbling and ability to create a tender, juicy, and flavorful meat.  Our Texas Small Batch Beef is "all natural" in that our cattle are never administered growth hormones, steroids, or antibiotics. Our cattle are born and raised right here in the Concho Valley on the same ranch.  Our grass finished cattle are 100% grass fed start to finish. We also offer a grain finished beef that is supplemented with an all natural feed ration in the final weeks of the finishing phase.  Our cattle are harvested and processed in a local USDA inspected facility where they are dry aged for 21 days then vacuum packaged and ready for delivery.

We are a family outfit, rooted right here in the lone star state, that has been operating in the same manner for 5 generations. We care for our land and our livestock as if they were extensions of our homes and our children. We feel a deep responsibility to honor and protect the resources that God has blessed us with the opportunity to oversee.

We strive to ensure each and every cut of beef that leaves our ranch is held to the highest of standards.  We believe you will see and taste the difference.  Each beef we offer is literally the result of years of hands on care and development. We typically have inventory in stock and are always taking pre-orders for the next small batch that will be available in the coming months. We have a variety of purchase offerings such as wholesale options, bulk/shares, or individually packaged cuts.
